Birth Support

Birth support packages offers continuous, compassionate care throughout pregnancy and labor.  The baseline includes two prenatal visits, birth plan assistance, phone support, in-person birth support, and one postpartum visit. Packages begin at $700, with options to personalize care to meet your unique needs and birth goals.

Postpartum Care

Providing nurturing, non-clinical support during the early weeks after birth, with care centered on recovery, and adjustment. Services may include light household cleaning, bottle feeding support,  and personalized care focused on the parent(s). For an additional fee, services may also include meal prep  assistance with chest feeding. Support is offered at $30–$40 per hour, depending on daytime or overnight care.

Baby Buddy

Baby buddy is an hourly service designed for individuals seeking consistent emotional support and companionship during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Support may include walking together, gentle movement or fitness-based activities, conversation, light errand assistance, and grounded presence during vulnerable moments. This non-clinical service centers connection, reassurance, and dignity and is offered at $16 per hour, with the option to book multiple hours per day based on your needs.
